20 to 25% YoY growth with Matsuura

The DISHON Ltd is a Canada-based production CNC machine house for the aerospace and defense industry. The company found a project of high-volume production of the valve manifold, a high-value product, and installed 2 Matsuura machines – MX-330 PC10 & MAM72-35V PC32.

“The evolution today is unattended machining. We just load up the parts and they run seven days a week. 24 hours a day,” said, DISHON President, Ilan Dishy. In addition to the lights-out capacity, they found the machine’s high accuracy and consistency.

“We get very precise product coming off the machines every single day in hard metals, which is tough. The MAM72-35V just deliver consistency and they deliver every day,” explained Dishy.

Consequently, these Matsuura machines had a tremendous impact on the company’s business. “We have been experiencing almost 20 to 25% year over year growth with the Matsuura machines. That would not be possible without those machines,” concluded.
