The Matsuura MX-850 5-Axis Vertical Machining Center was developed in response to market demand for a large capacity, high quality and cost effective single table Matsuura 5-Axis machining platform.

“In addition to standard spindle of 12,000 RPM, optional spindle of 20,000 RPM for high speed machining or 15,000 RPM for heavy duty machining, the Matsuura MX-850 5-Axis Vertical Machining Center offers customers the best in premium machining center versatility,” Beam said.
“Matsuura Machinery is running two demos on the MX-850 at IMTS. The first one is an Oil & Gas Drill Bit highlighting the machining of complex shapes with multiple surfaces and time cycle reductions and improvements in machining accuracy through the use of 5-Face machining, while eliminating setups,” Beam added.
“In our second demo, we are showcasing Matsuura Software and Operability. This demo showing how easily the machine is accessed, the operator assistance and software abilities, and the ease of use and access to the spindle for setups,” Beam added.
